Staking against one buys a three-year option to convert into equity at the valuation shown, and comes with an advisory seat you're expected to work — a weekly hour and real introductions. Staking against a strategy earns a share of the performance fees it generates: variable, dependent on it performing, and not an interest in the strategy.
